What we do
We support international professionals in Vienna, and the organizations that hire them, from relocation to successful workplace integration. Through pre-departure orientation sessions, relocation support, and workplace integration workshops, international talent receives practical guidance before arrival and throughout the first months in Austria. The focus is on professionals in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Science and Engineering, Education, Business, and Administration.
We work with trusted local experts and support international professionals in Vienna regarding housing search, residence permits, insurances, German language, family relocation and counselling, career development. Additionally, we offer accompaniment to appointments at local authorities and organize networking events for internationals in Vienna.
Who am I
Hi, I am Nikolina
I am the founder of Interconnected, an intercultural and integration trainer and facilitator based in Vienna since 2015. I support organizations and international professionals in creating smoother transitions and successful long-term integration.
Due to my own relocation and integration experience in Austria, I understand the real challenges of settling into life and work in a new country. I collaborate with expat-focused experts, companies, and associations. And I stay closely connected to the international community through my regular meet-ups for internationals, ensuring that my work always reflects real needs and relevant support for successful integration.
